Portland Razor Co. is a manufacturer of straight razors, strops and shaving accessories. We are dedicated to providing the tools and resources you need to get a great shave. Some products in our online store are made by other reputable makers and manufacturers that we believe will enhance your shave routine.

When Will My Order Ship? / Where is My Order?
In-stock items normally ship within 3 business days, though holiday sales volume may extend shipping times. Online orders are automatically enrolled to receive email shipping notifications. If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure there were no typos in your email address.

Have You Received My Razor for Servicing?
We check our PO Box several times each week for incoming mail. Please ensure that you use the correct mailing address and refer to the tracking info from your shipping provider. This is the most reliable way to determine if the item is in our possession.

Payment
We accept all major credit or debit cards and PayPal for orders placed online via our website's secure shopping cart.  No credit card information is ever stored on our servers and we do not accept payment over the phone. We use some of the most secure and reputable payment processors available.

Gift Cards
We think you have mastered The Art of Gifting! Gift Cards are available through our website and may be redeemed on all online purchases through portlandrazorco.com
Gift Cards cannot be applied to custom upgrades. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Any product that is unopened and untampered with may be returned.  In this case, we require a 10% restocking fee.  We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for sanitary reasons.  We are proud of our work and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.  Please contact us at info@portlandrazorco.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds are available for all orders before the shipping label for the order is printed, at which time you will receive an automated email with tracking info. We do not offer refunds for Gift Cards. Deposits on custom orders are not refundable under any circumstance. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for a refund or return after shipping has been initiated.

Local Pickup
Our shop is closed to visitors due to COVID-19 and we are working from home. As much as we would love to see you (!!!) we cannot have guests in our homes.

Razors Without Scales
We do not ship razors without scales or product that is incomplete for any reason. 

Custom Orders
We ARE NOT accepting custom and bespoke orders at this time.

Domestic Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority within the United States.  If you require faster delivery and are willing to pay for excess shipping costs, we are happy to look into other options. Please email us at info@portlandrazorco.com

International Shipping
We offer USPS Flat Rate Priority international shipping for most orders. Large orders requiring different shipping options may be subject to adjustment. If you have any questions regarding International Shipping, please contact us at info@portlandrazorco.com and we will work to get you the best deal.  Any applicable Import Duties, Customs Fees, or Local Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  We hope to make this simpler in the future. All international orders are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Honing
Please visit our honing service page. We are happy to offer basic honing services for any straight razor in good condition.
